RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that all items must be returned in a unused condition:
We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable. Please note that you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.Unfortunately, if you return an open or used product to us, we will be unable to reship the item to you.If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to resend the items or offer you a refund. Please notify us within 14 days since receiving your order by contacting us at [email protected] In order to process a refund or a replacement, we require your order number, a photo of the parcel/ packaging and a picture or a video of the faulty product.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
COURSES
Courses are NON refundable, If you need to change the date of the course or cannot attend for any reason please email [email protected] 48 hours prior to the course date. If we are not contacted within this time frame we will be unable to amend any course details. This will result in course cancellation.
