Shipping
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail standard delivery and they aim for delivery between 2-5 working days, however it can in extreme circumstances can take up to 10 business days.
Royal Mail 24 hour tracked – Orders made before 6pm will be shipped next working day at 9am. Any orders placed after this time please allow 1 extra working day.
Collection
Collection is available via the studio at 58 chorley new road bolton BL14AP Please contact to arrange a time and date.
When we have promotions or sale please allow extra time for shipping parcels to be packed and processed
Course orders
Once you’ve purchased a course you will be emailed to verify a date and time best suited to yourself as well as all information need for your training with us.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Please email [email protected] if you need to amend your order. We will do our best to do this but due to how fast the orders are put out we can’t always guarantee these changes can be made. This includes any address changes or wanting to cancel the order. You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.
How long does it take for a response?
We aim to get back to you ASAP although please allow up to 48 hours for a response as some times we are very busy! We really appreciate your patience.
